Christian Brothers Automotive shares in the business loan with franchisees that open brand new locations. What this means is that we allow our franchisees to pay their monthly franchise loan note before we split profits. In contrast to most franchises, we split profits off the bottom line with our franchisees, ensuring all of our support efforts are focused on our locations’ profitability and growth. Additionally, we stand apart in the industry by making our owner/operators a part of their business’ payroll. Owner/operators are paid $60,000 per year in the form of a salary. Franchisees receive this amount monthly for the life of their franchise agreement, which results in $900,000 over a period of 15 years. This “salary” is generated through business performance but is received through your business’ payroll.

How to Finance
Your Investment

There are a number of ways to finance your Christian Brothers Automotive car repair franchise cost. Most new owners finance their business through Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. On average, 82-83% of the investment can be financed over a 10-year period using an SBA loan. This allows franchisees to start the business with the initial liquid capital of just $85,000.

Banks readily provide our franchisees with loans due to our perfect track record of repayment. We’re proud to never have had a franchisee default on an SBA loan.
