AT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS, FRANCHISEES TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RESPECTABLE AND TRANSPARENT SERVICE, MAKING FOR A TRUSTED AND PAINLESS EXPERIENCE
Christian Brothers Automotive has a different way of doing business. Since 1982, the automotive franchise has proven its belief in treating customers like family and ensuring that business is done with respect, transparency and integrity as an effective way to thrive in the auto repair industry.
Standing by its motto “love your neighbor as yourself” and its brand mission to glorify God, franchisees seek out Christian Brothers as a franchising opportunity that aligns with their values. This was the case for Kurt Hein, a car enthusiast with a passion for supporting his customers.
With more than 20 years with General Motors under his belt, this seasoned sales and marketing professional had a strong knowledge of cars, parts and services and saw Christian Brothers as a compelling alternative to a dealer, not to mention a prime opportunity to provide respectable service. Together with his wife Kathy, the couple found that the way Christian Brothers does its business and stands by its mission resonated with them.
“The most important thing is to do the right thing and to treat others how you want to be treated,” said Kurt. “We aim to treat our customers, employees and vendors with respect and to lead by example. We stand by what we do - if we make a mistake, we fix it, and we do everything we can to support our customers.”
Currently, Kurt and Kathy serve customers in Grand Rapids, Michigan with their two shops, the latest opening in Cascade Township this past May. With national trends and more than 250 million cars on the road in America making auto repair an in-demand service, the area provides a developed market with plenty of opportunities to grow their franchise.
While Kurt found a perfect fit in Christian Brothers with his beliefs and his extensive background in the automotive industry, franchisees aren’t required to have any prior experience with auto care. In fact, Kurt is among only about 10 percent of franchise partners previously employed in the automotive industry. If faith is a central part of your life and you believe in giving back and show strong leadership experience, then you may find a perfect fit in Christian Brothers’ winning team of franchisees as well.
