In fact, our record-breaking sales growth and innovative operations shifts, combined with our continued financial strength and stability over the past year, have landed us a spot on this year’s Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list.
Considered the world’s first, best and most comprehensive franchise ranking, this year’s appointment marks our fourth consecutive year on this list and our 10th time overall.
This recognition highlighted our successful expansion in 2020. We added 19 stores to our franchise family and saw a 10.5% increase in systemwide sales growth despite a challenging year. We are proud to be a recession-proof concept that has never closed a location.

Several factors determine the list including financial strength, size and growth, brand strength and costs and fees. Each franchise receives a cumulative score based on an analysis of more than 150 points and ranked by the highest cumulative scores.
On the heels of this announcement, we have also been named #1 in Customer Satisfaction Among Aftermarket Full-Service Maintenance and Repair Providers in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Aftermarket Service Index (ASI) Study* for the second consecutive time.

In the study of 8,148 vehicle owners, Christian Brothers Automotive took the highest satisfaction scores in all seven study factors: ease of scheduling/getting vehicle in for service, service advisor performance, service advisor courtesy, service facility, time to complete service, fairness of charges, and quality of work.
