Christian Brothers Automotive has opened a new location at 714 S. Weber Road in Bolingbrook.
The new location will serve drivers across Bolingbrook, Romeoville and Naperville.
Christian Brothers takes a close interest in the health of its customers’ vehicles, approaching auto repair work with transparency, integrity and compassion, said Paul Cruse, owner and operator of the new facility.
“There is a clear understanding on our part that most customers fear being taken advantage of by after-market automotive professionals, and we strive to show our difference by creating a trusting relationship with our customers – one in which we can develop long-term trust,” Cruse said.
“We aren’t looking to up-sell additional services when customers don’t absolutely need more work done to their cars. Instead, we talk through a customer’s options and give them the keys to making the final decision because we get to know their cars so well.”
Cruse brings more than 37 years of leadership and management experience to his new shop. Before opening Christian Brothers Automotive in Bolingbrook, Cruse worked for several Fortune 100 companies in various leadership and management capacities, including sales, marketing, brand, category, procurement, sourcing, logistics, distribution and supply chain management.
“Each new opening gives us an opportunity to define what automotive repair means to a community, and to lessen the stress on customers who depend on their vehicles every day,” said Mark Carr, founder and CEO of Christian Brothers Automotive. “I’m confident that Paul’s passion for providing quality service makes him a perfect fit for Bolingbrook.”
To celebrate the opening, Christian Brothers Automotive in Bolingbrook is offering free oil changes to the first 100 customers through appointment.
The new shop joins more than 190 Christian Brothers Automotive locations across the nation, all of which are based on the same guiding principle: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Based on a business model that believes taking your car to be serviced shouldn’t be a chore, Christian Brothers offers a wide array of services, from simple upkeep and maintenance to preventative services addressing issues that otherwise would require more expensive repair and replacement down the road. The new shop is on the corner of Weber Road and 115th Street, next to BMO Harris Bank in the Shoppes of Weber Road.
The shop is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
