For National High Five Day 2019, Christian Brothers Automotive formed a high five train 79 people long and asked everyone to give their best high five. Why? Sharing a virtual high five through social media with the #High5Challenge campaign raises awareness for CoachArt, a non-profit organization that provides art and athletics to children affected by chronic illness.
Participating in National High Five Day is just one of the many ways that Christian Brothers supports communities. At the national level, the franchise contributes to many charities and ministries. At the local level, franchisees typically take active roles in their communities through sponsorship, donations and actively giving back with their time. Christian Brothers also sponsors a service day every October, when its stores partner with local churches to provide free oil changes to single mothers and widows.
One of the key qualities we look for in potential franchisees is the belief in giving back and engaging with the community. A sense of charity and concern for the well-being of others is essential to our approach, and most of our franchise locations contribute to their local community in some way beyond the services they provide.
