With no prior automotive experience, owner Jonita White joined the CBA franchise system in 2011 with the opening of her Frisco, Texas shop. Robust Training & Support
With over 150 team members at our Home Office, our shop owners always have the support they need. We offer support in areas of recruitment, operational coaching, marketing and accounting for the entirety of the franchise agreement. During the onboarding process, our Certified Field Trainers (CFT) provide great shadowing opportunities for new owners. CFTs are experienced and savvy existing franchisees that are able to offer advice on back-office procedures, leadership protocol and more.
