BEACHY FAMILY SOON TO OPEN FIRST CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE FRANCHISE IN THE CINCINNATI AREA, OTHER NEW LOCATION NEEDS ENTREPRENEUR
Christian Brothers Automotive has a new store available in the Cincinnati area. The location is one of two new stores in the area, and we’re searching for an entrepreneur who can grow the brand there.
We’re targeting the big city of Cincinnati for expansion. We built the two locations before finding franchise partners because we know that the market is full of truly awesome opportunity. Currently, our automotive franchise company has 135 locations across the United States and has never closed a store.
We’re searching for a new owner to work alongside Doug and Jamie Beachy, our very own Cincinnati pioneers. They’re going to open a store in the Miami Township area.
“There were all kinds of locations we could consider and places we could think about going, but it wasn’t much of a contest,” Doug says. “We know that investing in our local community and staying close to home is the right calling for us, and that’s why we’re excited to bring Christian Brothers into the communities of Loveland and Miami Township. As residents ourselves, we care about the community.”
Christian Brothers is a highly rated, faith-based, auto repair franchise with a unique financial model. Our automotive franchise assumes a majority of the risk by purchasing land and constructing “built-to-suit” buildings, which the franchisee then manages. We don’t charge a franchisee based on the top-line revenues like virtually every other franchisor, but on a share of the profits, which is calculated after expenses. Franchisees also pay themselves a salary before they pay the franchisor a nickel.
We are looking for automotive franchise partners who have a net worth of at least $200,000, liquidity of at least $50,000 — including checking, savings and any assets that could be converted quickly into cash — and the ability to make an initial investment of $75,000. We want partners who are good with people, interested in customer service and dedicated to living their faith.
